Reporting
Online Backup provides reports on all Backup jobs, Restore jobs and Usage.
PLEASE NOTE: This information applies to both the Basic and Advanced versions of Online Backup.
Please find information on these reports below.
1 - First log in to Online Backup
2 - Click on Report
3 - Ensure Backup is highlighted on the left hand side
4 - The right hand side will show all backup job information such as Backup Sets, their Destination, when they were completed and the Status of the Backup job
5 - If you click on a particular Backup Set, it will display a more detailed view of that Backup job, including a View log option
6 - Click on View log to see the log of all backed up files and any comments
7 - The log will be displayed

4 - The right hand side will show all Backup sets in a dropdown box. Underneath will be a graph that shows the size (in MB) and dates of all backup jobs in the recent past. The dates range can be changed by selecting the From and To values and selecting Go
