Installing Online Backup
Please select the backup type you require to see specific instructions for that system.
1 - Install on the local machine on which the backup software will be backing up. Run the following file with administrator rights:

1.a - If, when downloading, you get a message stating that the signature is corrupt or invalid you will need to click on View downloads
1.b - On the following screen, right click on the downloaded file in the list and select Run Anyway
1.c - If a Windows protected your PC message appears, click More info
1.d - Then click Run anyway
2 - Click Next
3 - Select I accept the agreement and click Next
4 - Install into the Default Location or if you prefer, into a custom location. Click Next
5 - Select if you want Anyone or Me Only to run the program. Click Next
6 - Click Install
7 - Once complete, select Launch HD Cloud ACB if you want to run the Program. Click Finish
8 - When the installation has completed, you will need an account to access the software. Please click here to find out how to create an account
