Recover deleted emails from Deleted Items

If you have emptied or deleted an item you wish to recover from the Deleted Items folder, here is a step-by-step guide to restore the email(s)

Please note this guide was written using Outlook 2010. Other versions of Outlook may have slightly different layouts

1 - Open Outlook

2 - Highlight the folder Deleted Items

3 - Select the tab Folder

4 - Select Recover Deleted Items

5 - Select the email you wish to recover

6 - Select the yellow folder icon called: Recover selected items

7 - The email(s) will now appear in the Deleted items folder
