Public Folders
Please select from one of the following subjects to see detailed instructions:
1 - Open Outlook
2 - Open Company’s Public Folder
3 - Right-click on the Public Folder and click New Folder
4 - Under Name: type the name you want to give this calendar (for example, ‘Company Vacations’)
5 - Under Folder contains: select: Calendar Items
6 - Click OK

1 - In Outlook choose Folder View at the bottom

2 - Under the Public Folder heading browse down to the location of the Contact List

3 - Right click the Contacts and choose Properties

4 - Choose the heading Outlook Address Book and Tick the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book option

5 - When choosing a recipient drop the list down and choose the named Contacts list from the Public Folders

6 - To make the public folder address book the default, choose Address Book from the top ribbon

7 - Choose Tools and Options

8 - In the bottom section drop down the list and choose the Public Folder Contact List you enabled

9 - Then click OK to save the changes

Instructions
1 - In Outlook choose Folder View at the bottom

2 - Under the Public Folder heading browse down to the location of the Contact List or Calendar

3 - Right click on the folder and Choose Add to Favourites

4 - Choose the name required and click Add

5 - You can confirm that the folder is located in the Favourites. Once the list is in the Favourites, close and re-open Outlook and the Calendar / Contacts should be available in correct section

6 - When you click on the Calendar section you will see the Public Folder Calendar appear under the heading Other Calendars

7 - When you click on the Contacts section you will see the Public Folder Contacts appear under the heading Other Contacts
